After first installation of HEASN automatic litho laminating machine DX-1450 in April, 2022, our Croatian customer keeps considering more automation on their litho laminating line. 

The heavy litho laminated board request extremely high labor intervention, normally 1-2 people(depends on the material size) are necessary, in order to turn and stack litho laminated board uniformly. Also it affects the whole production speed on the laminating line because of manual stacking at end.

The HEASN flip flop device does it totally automatically avoiding the expensive and high strength work of operators and ensuring a steady high-quality pallet for the following process, in particular automatic die-cutting process. It thus becomes the fundamental link between lamination and die cutting, optimizing and rationalizing the work process.

After well negotiation, our customer decided to upgrade this flip flop device on their laminating line without any hesitation. Now with the flip flop, they are running more than 6,000sheets per hour for some certain size, only one operator who is responsible to remove the well stacked pallet at end, no need manual turn and stacking anymore, it is really a huge boost of productivity on their litho laminating line.
