FEEDING SECTION

PRE-FOLDING SECTION

▪ Sectional upper carrier can be telescopically adjusted; quick to set up and job change over.

LOCK-BOTTOM SECTION

▪ Three-carrier construction.

▪ Easy for mounting lock bottom accessories, more operator friendly.

▪ Two upper glue wheel system equipped as standard.

LOWER GLUER

▪ Lower gluing pots on both sides are equipped as standard. Easy to remove, fix and clean.

▪ Gluing wheel by 2 section blade can control the volume well and avoid the glue splash at high speed.

FINAL FOLDING SECTION

▪ It is mainly used for the folding of the 2nd and the 4th creasing lines.

▪ Special designed stabilization device can control the folding belt stable run at high speed, avoid the “fishtail” effect.

TRANSFER SECTION

▪ Transfer the folded products straightly and stably as a collection pile. Equipped with electronic sensor to coordinate the conveyor speed with the main machine speed for perfect collection.

▪ Equipped with high speed batch counter, kicker and jam detector.

COMPRESSION CONVEYOR SECTION
