Feeding Section

Gluing Section

▪ Scraper device applied with a stainless gluing roller to control the glue volume.

▪ Glue fountain width can be easily adjusted.

▪ Template mounted onto plate cylinder, can be regulated the position in circumferential direction during machine running.

▪ The plate cylinder will separate automatically when no paper comes to avoid gluing onto the conveying belt.

Film Control Section

▪ A heating cylinder was adopted to flatten thick film material.

▪ Two creasing wheels equipped as standard with pressure adjustable.

▪ Film punching, embossing, or die cutting can be applied by different molds according to the jobs.

▪ Molds position, creasing wheel position, and window film length can be adjusted via touch screen automatically with servo technology. All data can be stored on the touch screen and can recall for repeat jobs in the future.

Window Patching Section

▪ Blank conveying by a suction belt with a side guiding bar to align the side position (Register of left and right). And film can easily adjust left and right to make the side register.

▪Pneumatic front stoppers will locate the blank on the exact position (register of the front).

▪Guillotine cutter sheeting the film and patching onto the blank with accuracy tolerance within 0.5mm.

Delivery Section

▪ Delivery conveying table collect the finished products in the end.
