FEEDING SECTION

PRE-FOLDING SECTION

▪ The positions of 3 lanes carries are driven by motors.

▪ The pre-breaking sword for 1st creasing by 180°.

▪ The belt pre-breaking device for 3rd creasing line by 135°.

▪ Right carrier fixed with alignment carrier for high speed straight line boxes running.

▪ Perfect pre-breaking ensure accurate and reliable opening of the finished products in the auto-erection package lines.

LOCK-BOTTOM SECTION

▪ Three lanes carrier construction with upper carrier belts transmission system. 2 split carriers for each lane.

▪ The positions of 3 lanes carries are driven by motors. Manually adjustment is also available.

▪ Pneumatic pressure hold on each carrier ensures stable pressing on thick corrugated board.

LOWER GLUING SECTION

▪ Lower gluing tank in both left and right side.

▪ Two types of glue disc width: 12mm and 6+6mm, other width can be customized too.

▪ Motor driven glue tank positioning.

▪ Accurate volume control avoids the glue splash at high speed.

FINAL FOLDING SECTION

▪ Three lanes carrier construction with upper carrier belts transmission system, assure much stable running of thick board or corrugated board.

▪ The positions of 3 lanes carries are driven by motors. Manually adjustment is also available.

▪ Left and right folding belts can be easily speed adjusted by independent motors.

▪ Pneumatic pressure hold on each carrier ensures stable pressing on thick corrugated board.

▪ Assistant creasing and folding devices to improve folding effect especially for thick straight-line boxes.

TRANSFER SECTION

▪ Main control panel with touch screen.

▪ Two lanes carriers construction with upper carrier belts transmission system, assure much stable running of thick board or corrugated board.

▪ The positions of 2 lanes carries are driven by motors. Manually adjustment is also available.

▪ Telescopic upper and lower carriers easily adapt to most box formats.

▪ Transfer speed can be adjusted via touch screen.

PNEUMATIC SQUARING DEVICE

▪ Pneumatic squaring device at conveyor entry to work out perfect bottom effect, especially for short body and wide lock bottom boxes.

DELIVERY SECTION

▪ 6.5 meter advanced compression conveyor.

▪ Height adjustable lower belt at conveyor entry for pressure control.

▪ Pneumatic squaring device at conveyor entry to work out perfect bottom effect, especially for short body and wide lock bottom boxes.

BACK FOLDING SYSTEM

▪ Fast set-up of 4/6 corner boxes.

▪ Individually servo-controlled hook shafts with automatic moving up and down.

▪ One hook size adjusting to all flaps sizes, no need to change hooks for various jobs.

▪ No need to remove hooks when back folding system are not used.

▪ Accurate back folding process with max. speed 15,000pcs/h.
