Our first innovated inline braille embossing and print inspection folder gluer production line WO-750PC-R-I is installed in Slovenia recently with great success. Customer chooses our solution to work with pharmacetical boxes with dot matrix highly matching the ECMA Euro Braille Standard. The inline print inspection check the braille embossing in the next step, as well as to check all printing defects. The inline ejection channel is equipped to eject the defective blanks, which have color variation, hickeys & scumming, die cut or foil stamping register deviation,  varnish scratching, text errors, blank damages, and ect. Only the good quality blanks goes to next folding and gluing process to assure Zero-Defect cartons.

The user's friendly HMI can easily for operator to set up a new job within 10 min. when both braille embossing and print inspection are counted. With semi-automatic collector model SO-2-500 installed in the end of the line, the customer can run machine speed range 150-200m/min equally upto 60,000 boxes/hours by 3 persons.
