Our royal customer in Croatia, a leading packaging printer, has further strengthened their folding carton and food tray production line with the successful installation of two advanced machines supplied by Heasn: 
one servo-type window patching machine(double lane) and one tray forming machine(double lane).

The newly installed window patching machine enables high-speed, precise application of film windows onto paperboard boxes, double lanes running significantly improves production efficiency compared with their old type machine. 
Meanwhile, the tray forming machine also equipped with double lanes structure, feeding, gluing, and forming in a compact machine structure, enhances customer’s production ability on fast‑food burger trays, take away trays, and many other types of trays.

Together, the two machines allow the customer to expand both the variety and volume of their paperboard packaging – from tissue boxes, windowed bakery and sandwich cartons to ready‑to‑use burger boxes. This turnkey solution not only increases production efficiency but also supports the customer's growing portfolio of quick‑service restaurant and takeaway packaging.
