Recently, our royal customer from Latvia has finished another installation and commissioning on a brand new “MINI” size folder gluer from Heasn, model WO-450PC-R. It is a newly designed machine with compact footprint less than 10meters long, integrated with all functions like feeder, alignment, pre-folding, lock bottom, final folding, transfer and compression conveyor, its max. speed can be up to 200m/min.

Especially equipped with small folding device for narrow boxes, cold gluing system, plasma system and semi-automatic collecting system, this whole solution works perfectly as their second gluing line in folding carton production.

10years ago, this customer choosed their first folder gluer machine WO-750PC-R from Heasn and started the production in folding carton. And now, this machine still plays as a workhorse with stable performance and various capability in their production line.
