Automatic Board Feeding Section

Automatic Positioning Section

▪ Three point sensors reading for precise alignment of board.

▪ Fine correction for board registration by servo-controlled mechanical arms.

▪ Servo-driven suction belt ensures stable transport of paper.

Pneumatic Pressing Section

▪ The case is pressed gently by pressing structure before entering into folding section.

Side Folding Section

▪ Automatic two side folding by means of folding belts.

Front & Rear Edge Folding Section

▪ Front and rear edge folding by mechanical flaps.

▪ Corner closing wheels with adjustable pressure and duration for perfect folding results.

Delivery Section

▪ Automatic sheet delivery table with belt conveyor.
