Varna-based "Chaika" PLC is a professional package printer for folding cartons with more than 90 years old. The flute E boxes dominate around 90% of their production range. The difficults jobs with strick quality requests from big brand owner asked high end equipment to acomplish.

They use Heidelberg DIANA 140 folder gluer to work most difficult jobs but the speed is a question for increased orders. After study Heidelberg, BOBST and us, they finally choose our high-end folder gluer model SQ-1100PC-R because of the right machine structure design in their knowlege. When the machine was installed,a Nestle brand KitKat lock bottom E flute boxes became the first job. Our machine and DIANA 140 run the same job, Chaika team has no doubts on the machine quality because the finished boxes are no difference at same speed, even with less rejection rate than the old expensive DIANA 140.
