Except for the folder gluers, HEASN also offers many complementary equipment like the Plasma treatment system. It is mainly used to treat the blank surface where glue is applied to increase the surface tension for easy bonding, especially for the film-laminated and varnish-coated blanks. There is no mark or damage left on the printed surface, to a large extent, which almost replaces the traditional grinding processing.

The plasma treatment guns can be easily mounted in the folder gluer, applying plasmas onto the moving blanks from any direction with super flexibility. Only compressed air is necessary as media to drive the system after power on.
