A new customer from Dammam, Saudi Arabia, recently entered into the business for flexo printing and packaging on paper cups, food trays, and paper bags. Their main aim is to supply these products both local market and middle east market in the future.

As a newly entered company in printing and packaging industry, this customer finds HEASN as a consulting and professional supplier for their whole project, not only printing and packaging machines, but also auxiliary equipment for factory running: like forklift for factory logistic, air compressor line for whole factory air supply, consumable materials like paper, printing plate, etc.

The investment plan for Phase ONE including: 1 set 4colors flexo printing machine to print paper cups, 1 set roll die cutting machine to cut paper fan for cups, 1 set carton erecting machine to produce food tray, and 5 sets paper cup machines to produce both single wall and double wall paper cups with automatic packing lines in the end.

All these machines in Phase ONE are via HEASN sourcing as a whole package, full supporting and commissioning by HEASN technicians successfully in the end of February, 2023.

The investment plan for Phase TWO including: 2 sets paper bag machines to produce flat bottom paper bags, 1 set full automatic paper bag machine to produce square bottom paper bags with twisted handle inline. Now these machines are on the way to customer.

The investment plan for Phase THREE including: 1 set 4colors flexo printing machine to print thin gram wrapping paper and paper bags, 1 set roll slitting and cutting machine to produce wrapping paper sheets for hamburger and sandwich, and 1 set sealing and shrinking machine to pack the wrapping paper. Now these machines are under production and estimated to delivery in July, 2023.
