Zagreb-based packaging printer purchases 3 sets of peripheral equipment to enhance the capability of their existing folder gluers.

The first equipment  PF-750 Pre-feeder, which connects to his BOBST folder gluer, helps not only ensure the continuous supply of blanks but also increases the machine's net output by preventing the feeding of multi-blanks and minimizing the downtimes.

The second equipment SO-2-500 Semi-automatic Collecting Table operated directly in-line with the delivery of folder gluer increases productivity. The box collection process is much more automatic and ergonomic. Compared with purely manual folding carton packaging, the packaging efficiency can be increased by up to 50%.

What’s more, the third CSM-CT8 Cold Gluing System installed in their third folder gluer line is to expand the flexibility of the folder gluer to glue more types of boxes.
