In March 2025, HEASN successfully installed the new SH-1060SEF hot stamping machine in the historic city of Yerevan, marking another milestone in our commitment to customer-centric innovation.

The collaboration began at Drupa 2024, followed by the customer’s inspection visit to China, and culminated in the machine’s seamless installation. Since then, it has operated with exceptional efficiency and stability in daily production. Throughout this process, the HEASN team’s professionalism, sincerity, and prompt service left a lasting impression on the customer.

Key Features of the SH-1060SEF:
•    Dual-direction hot foil feeding (longitudinal and transverse) for flexible layout options, minimizing foil waste and reducing production costs.
•    Enhanced productivity thanks to optimized foil advancing.
•    Advanced temperature control system and flat pressure platform, ensuring flawless hot foil stamping even at high speeds.
•    Versatile performance, consistently meeting high-quality standards for both hot foil stamping and hot foil embossing.

Since its installation, the SH-1060SEF has achieved an impressive daily output of 36,000 sheets per shift with non-stop feeding and delivery functions. As a result, the customer has increasingly shifted more hot stamping production to this machine. We are confident that the SH-1060SEF will continue to drive cost savings, boost efficiency, and deliver significant economic value for our customers.
