HEASN has successfully delivered a WO-450PC-R mini folder gluer to a leading packaging converter in Bulgaria, offering a modern, compact, and highly efficient solution for small-format carton production.

The WO-450 is a modern-designed folder gluer with a footprint of less than 10 meters, integrating key functions such as alignment, pre-folding, crash-lock modular, final folding, and an inline ejector for defective boxes. This ensures high productivity, functionality, and reliability within a compact layout.

For small straight-line boxes and lock-bottom boxes, the WO-450 delivers clear advantages over conventional 750-format folder gluers. It is capable of processing cartons with a minimum blank size of 56 mm x 40 mm, making it an ideal choice for small-packaging applications. The machine can also performs cartons with multiple creasing lines that require pre-breaking, ensuring various folding and gluing needs. In addition, the WO-450 can be equipped with a back-folding system to produce 4-corner boxes or some special-shaped boxes, further expanding production flexibility.
